Talk to the provider 1st.
Simply going to the bank and reclaiming the money back. While it will see you refunded. it could see your phone and internet cut off for non payment.
Thus leaving you in a very sticky position. Given your DD has already bounced back at least once. Which usually means a charge for failure by them.
That could explain the diffrence in £27 to £37. A £10 charge for payment failure.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
Dalesrider: What about my bank charges? Who is responsible for them?
I wonder whether, if a particular organisation has its own DD Guarantee, that then becomes a part of any contract?0 -
If your bank reclaimed the DD. Then they would refund any charges. PSD would apply (payment services directive)
If you go via the co then you might have to prove to them any charges you incured if it was their error.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
