Paypal Dispute - change of deadline?

Hi all. I made a purchase on 20th November that I was initially happy with but subsequently am not. It was from a business seller and with use it has worn far more quickly than it should have.
I contacted the seller who has not been helpful.
The 45 day deadline in eBay passed on 4th Jan  so I went into Paypal as I thought I had 60 days there to raise a dispute. It is telling me I cannot dispute the transaction. I've never raised a case before so am I doing something wrong or has the deadline changed in Paypal? If the later has anyone got any advice for me? It's a large piece of furniture so I don't know what to do for the best.

So I have just seen that it is also 45 days in Paypal.
I paid for some of the item with the debit card (£100) set up on my Paypal, and the rest with my Paypal balance, so can I contact my bank?I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off
