Yep - they are. Like the government that recruited them in the first place, and the government who are keeping them in.

Ummm yes, Labour devised ESA, Labour gave the contract to ATOS, Con/Dem carried on with the scheme and expanded it, Labour agree with this expansion of Welfare Reform!

Unless you intend to vote for some obscure party at the next election there is very little to choose from - they both agree to a radical overall of the Welfare State.

If ATOS has nothing to hide, why does it now make it's employees sign the Official Secrets Act?

Can i ask if the ATOS assessors have sworn the hypocritical oath before they qualified in their 'medical' capacity?

The Hippocratic Oath is an oath historically taken by physicians and other healthcare professionals swearing to practice medicine ethically and honestly.

ATOS HCP's clearly take the hypocritical oath then!

Wonder if I may finally get an answer on day 15.

Atos rep don't worry I'll re post the questions yet again since you have already missed it about 4 times.

In terms of an aid or appliance for mobilising, what is considered to be the definition of medically reasonable. For example a consultant prescribed said person a wheelchair for long distances, from assessment was deemed that wheelchair can be used to mobilise short distances through working day. This will compromise said persons condition making them unable to carry out tasks that they can currently do down the line due to the effect it will have on their leg strength. Is this medically reasonable?

Also if deemed to use a chair to mobilise around a work environment why does the ability to get up or down 2 steps go back to them using crutches or other aid? Surely the same aid should be considered as a wheelchair user can not get up 2 steps and even if they can walking they need to be able to get the chair up the steps as well.

Any answer ATOS ? Your online today so you must have seen this post ?

Or don't you have an answer for it ?

No - This means that you are entitled to make a complaint to the relevant body if you feel that the doctor or nurses treatment of you (or of their assessment / report of you) was unethical.

This would typically be here for nurses:
    www.nmc-uk.org/General-public/Reporting-a-nurse-or-midwife-to-the-NMC/

    or here for doctors:
    www.gmc-uk.org/concerns/making_a_complaint.asp

they will process a complaint in the same manner as it was your own doctor or nurse.
