hi I am wanting to buy a printer that will let me print directly from my mobile phone. I dont have an internet connection but my phone does have a wireless hotspot that acts like a kind of wifi but I am unsure if I can use this type of connection for printing. I dont know if printers offer bluetooth as a form of connecting phones for use with printers. What are my options?

The main limitation is that apps in general don't have a print function.
I can print pictures and documents to my Epson printer using wifi and a free Epson app, the phone talks directly to the printer as long as its in range. It works with any Epson model that has wifi built in.
There are similar apps for other brands of printer too I understand that do a similar thing.0 -
Buy a wireless printer and use a app called printer share. Available from the play store.
You are going to have to connect to the internet to download the app. You can use a pc to download the app and then transfer the apk file to your phone.0 -

From what i have read epson do the best app allowing you to select paper type and quality but I personally think canon do the best printers but Im unsure if there is an app that will give me control of the printer. I use my phone as a wireless hotspot so Im unsure if my phone will talk to my printer using this
