Houseing benerfit advise

Hi my mate has asked me to move in with him we have known achother for years and i'm n a hostel at ths moment in time.
the reason being his is only can get the rate for a 3 bedroom but can ony find a 4 bedroom which will take DSS
it is Him, His girl his kid and younger brother. but i was told that Houseing benerfit wont pay for the room as i'm not family. althrough i'm on ESA what will go on about that. willi have to pay the room or will the council pay some and i pay the rest
its a 4 bedroom so it will go
Room 1 Him and his Girlfriend
Room 2 His Kid
room 3 his brother
room 4 me a friend
how will houseing benerfit go like that as i alrady claim and he said it will help him out as then his got a house to house his kid, brother and misses
