Need Some advise regarding ESA

Hi all, I'm on ESA and awaiting a Trubunal buts its been taking almost a year since it was last put on hold at bexleyheath.

I have medical evidance which i hope it will help me

I have letters from doctors saying i have the flowing

I have signs of neurofibromatosis as i have the Coffee sports and other signs and awaiting neurology i'm aso on strong painkillers and did have a learning statment at school

i have mental problems with paranoia and avoidance personality disorder and waiting for councelling with depression and on depressants

auouther letter says i have moderate levels of anxity, moderate to serve levels of depression and moderate to serve levelof psychological distress.

i also have scolosis and a large chest bone sticking out of my chest

what are my chances of winning this appeal and also can i claim dla as CAB are saying that i have to wait till after the appeal

can anyone give me any advise

ok what about the appeal do u think its a ok chance as i do suffer a lot of problems caused by theses mental problems, i have pain when i walk and even when carry a bg i get like prickly needle pain in my neck

No one can say for sure, but if you present medical evidence and answer their questions the best you can you stand a good chance. Any reason it's taken so long for the appeal? If you haven't heard from them you can phone and chase it up.

i have phoned up and they said they sending it to a judge for a urgent appeal

I gotta go neurology soon as of other peoblems. this is ust a dark cloud over my head as soon as i get this sorted i will even tell the judge

I wanna get neurology sorted and get tratment for my mental heath i' currently awaiting concelling and other stuff to help me manage my anxity and panroia and other issues

after i done that i want to get my spine correceted and chest pushed back in and once i recovered from the opreation (fingers cross the recessoion is over and jobs are on the up) i want to go back to work. but i need to sort all this out before i go back to work

I understand, I hope your treatment happens soon and wish you a quick recovery . I'd concentrate on gathering as much medical evidence as you can, stuff from the last 12 months. Just try to relax about it (easy to say I know) as stressing yourself out wont help. Good luck with everything.

i'malways stressed cant walk down the street without thinking someone is going to do something to me. i'm to panroid to sleep some nights as i lve in a hostle with Russians and i got it thinking they gonna try and do something when i'm asleep. i'm stessed and cant relax most of the time

what other medical evidance would i need i have x-rays of my spine do you think that would help

That should help yes, anything from the last 12 months. Any medical reports you have will help.
