these people not only allowed me to e-mail the company straight through their site, they provided me with a template to do it and will contact me (by email) in 3 weeks to see how it went and provide next steps if needed.

They helped me in the past too,had a complaint with Princes corned beef cans the ones with a ring pull, they kept pulling off. Anyway i was sent £6 in vouchers a nice letter through the post from Princes, i was really pleased and i did praise the on here at the time.
