my manager as asked me to investigate the cheapest option for setting up a phone line.... there are telephone points in his flat, he is already a sky subscriber variety +sports i think sky do install phones ... dont they ?, so do i start with BT ? to turn on the service hopefully no problems with wiring etc or if its cheaper with sky will they do everything?

Almost any provider i(ncluding Sky) can arrange a line provision, it's not a BT prerogative, although BT OR do the actual install, regardless of provider.
The cheapest option will depend on the length of minimum term he wants.
BT are among the most expensive providers.

thanks for the info ...... is the homephonechoices website impartial ? with already having sky might get a good deal with them especially as we can pay with invoice
