Very Missing payment

Does anyone have an address to contact the Very catalogue. I made several payments to them nearly twelve months ago which were meant to go towards a buy now pay later account. I assumed that they were going toward my account, it is partly my fault as I did not look at my statements properly. I have spoken to an advisor on the phone but to be honest the advisors were not very helpful and said they had either not received the payments or another one said that the payments had been rejected and should have been showing as returned to my bank account. I have checked with my bank and they advise that the payments are showing as going out but not being returned. I have written to Very at a Shop Direct address but had no response and wondered if anyone had an address where I could send a copy of my letter from my bank.

there are very reps on this forum who will assist you based off seeing thier name appear.
The one thing to bear in mind is if you have wired the money to Very you would need your account number as the payment reference otherwise they wont be able to assign it to your account and would have gone into the central account at Very until they were contacted.0 -
Okay,
Do you have the dates and amounts for payments? If so read on. if not get them!
Ring very, 08081010021 (Direct to customer services) and say you have payments missing from your account. They should search them and then be able to assign it.
If not. You will be put through to missing payments who will get it sorted out.
If you never targeted the payment, then that is your fault so it would be at their mercy regarding interest and if CCA06 will do it.0
