Well Pear juice doesnt seem very popular the only result on mysupermarket was on waitrose/ocado. http://www.ocado.com/webshop/product/Granini-Pear-Juice/38359011
not sure that would be suitable though with the added stuff.
Heinz do a pear and springwater in their baby range, could be worth a try- you can always decant or remove the label"It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice." :T0 -
It is more common to see it as a concentrate, most healthfood shops will sell the Rocks brand (formerly Meridian) concentrate in 360ml bottles. That one is just the concentrated juice with no added rubbish.

I don't suppose pear cider counts?
My first thought was Copella, but it seems they may only do an 'Apple and Pear' juice.
Maybe try your local farmers' market. I've seen (and bought) fresh pear juice from a small producer (and it was delicious).
Try googling along the lines of farmers market and pear juice and you may be able to track down some suppliers who can supply you with pear juice.NSD May 1/150 -

I know, at a fair price, but they don't anymore (maybe just in the UK?) and I was really disappointed a few months ago when I went looking for it.
Ocado do it for about £2.50 per litre, never seen it in Waitrose unless it's apple and pear Copella which isn't the same. I will watch this space...0
