As a customer who has a balance transfer, we’ve identified that due to a technical error on our part, we may not have charged you the full interest we should have on your purchases over the last few* months.

Don’t worry, we won’t charge you the interest we missed. But we’ll charge you the correct interest on your purchases from your February statement onwards.

As we are sure you know, you pay interest on your purchases until your statement balance (including balance transfers) is repaid in full. Rest assured this does not change the existing terms of your promotional balance transfer.
