hi, looking for advice, need a laptop for my son for schoolwork, intrnet and some gaming. He only has around £400 to spend and is thinking about an hp g6 2213 sa at pc world currently £399. I have seen a hp m6 1154 sa for £550 at john lewis with a 2 year guarantee and would loan him the extra money if anyone thinks it would be worth paying extra as i think john lewis would be better to deal with if anything goes wrong with it. Anny suggestions?

If he needs gaming, then avoid any with integrated Intel graphics.
The radeon 7640 isn't great either.

I quite like the Dell Vostro 3460, i3, Radeon GT630M, for £360 exc vat, but Dell often have 10% off vouchers and also Quidco cashback.
The only downside is a 14" screen, but could be run through an external monitor/tv at home.0
