Personal Breakdown Cover

Hi,
Just wondered if anyone could help me please?
I am flying from UK to visit friends in Spain and they have offered me theircar to drive (registered in Spain) around in whilst there but they do not havevehicle breakdown cover.
I am disabled, so if the car does breakdown then I won't be able to walk toget help, and I don't speak much Spanish.
I know that I can get personal vehicle breakdown cover in the UK which coverme as a driver or passenger in any car.
My question is can I get the same cover that covers me - not the vehicle - in Spain or Europe and, if so, thename of a company that will provide this type of cover?
I have tried the AA, RAC, Green Flat - no success as car must be registeredin UK and driven from UK to Europe.
Any help would be appreciated - thanks.

Not sure if ADAC would be an option..? Might be worth investigating.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0
