Personal Breakdown Cover
Hi,
Just wondered if anyone could help me please?
I am flying from UK to visit friends in Spain and they have offered me their car to drive (registered in Spain) around in whilst there but they do not have vehicle breakdown cover.
I am disabled, so if the car does breakdown then I won't be able to walk to get help, and I don't speak much Spanish.
I know that I can get personal vehicle breakdown cover in the UK which cover me as a driver or passenger in any car.
My question is can I get the same cover in Spain or Europe and, if so, the name of a company that will provide this type of cover?
I have tried the AA, RAC, Green Flat - no success as car must be registered in UK and driven from UK to Europe.
Any help would be appreciated - thanks.
