ESA job centre want to visit me

I been on IB for many years and put on ESA contribution based work related. The JC want to visit me in order to review my claim and want to see proof on ID too. I am currently appealing as I feel I should be on support group due to depression, anxiety, and social exclusion I hardly ever go out as I get stressed. My GP supports this and sent letter to appeal
I was told by CAB that I may have to attend meeting at local JC and when I had one I rang them before hand and they said they can conduct it over the phone. The advisor said they will ring me in 6 months time, they been pretty good but I fear for the 12 months cut off and will get no money after that and they expect my partner who is on low income to support me. I only get ESA around £105 and a small works pension as I was signed off work. Whole reason I got like this was because of work and being assaulted.
Is this normal to get visits, I never had one before. I am trying to get a later appointment as I have sleep issues too which are being treated with a breathing machine

It is normal to visit someone in this way if you for whatever reason cannot attend a medical because of your problems. When using the housing forum please use the sticky threads for valuable information.0

Thanks for your reply. I am not sure its a medical it doesn't state that only "we need to see you in order to review your claim to benefit"
Its signed by customer compliance team at local job centre0 -
They told me today on phone its just a routine check that's all.0

This is a duplicate of your other thread..
The department was setup about 10 years ago to investigate benefit fraud, they do however do other things mainly for example, people who are living together undisclosed. In addition they do many other areas of non-compliance such as bog standard benefit reviews, paricularly for those who have resisted or ignored the invitation to 'come in for an interview'.
You might be seeing too much into this, its entirely possible a vindictive neighbour has 'spiked' you, but more likely its just a benefit review. If it was a megga fraud thing they would not inform you but would turn up unannounced and on more than one occasion.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I try to be an even-handed poster and accept that you at times may not agree with these opinions or how I choose to express them, this is not my problem.
