IVA alert on Credit File
I finished my IVA in Sept 2012 (no completion cert yet) I joined Experian to see how things looked etc. My IVA wasnt showing. I had an email today from experian to say an update had been made on my credit file. My IVA has been added! It shows the start date of Sept 2007. Why added now? Will it come off in Sept 13 or 6 years from added? Confused? Anyone else had this happen

IVA should have been on there from the start. They stay on your credit report for six years, so this one will disappear in September this year. Only reason I can think of for it not appearing on your report originally is a discrepancy with the format of your address. If you want to explore this please contact our customer service team.
