but to be fair, its a case of the CSA messing about nrp's too then eh.

hes told he needs to pay x amount, he does this. and he is still in debt?

    disgusting really...

i thought only wages could get a DEO applyed?

a pension is not earnings, (it is income) ...

Yeah that was a disgrace CSA telling him the wrong figure, him paying in full and them chasing him again.

In the same breadth he'd never paid a penny in regular maintenance for his child in 6 years, so he should have rushed to pay.

In fact that's what I thought for a quick second he was doing, but no it was because he was sweating in case I got old of his address, which they have now given me, so we're all happy.

i didnt think csa were allowed to give u the address?

    hmmm...

again, whilst he should pay for kids, this is a perfect example of csa messing nrp around.

they made mistakes, so he can be "worse off" for them...

    So did I.

but not for the PWC having to wait 9 years for the correct amount to be paid.

I'm sure he checked his assessment at the time and noticed 'wow I'm paying 33.00 per week less (on the care element CSA1) than what I should be... as her other child is a grown up adult!

Did he get them to correct it, no he just never thought the PWC would be able to get it backdated all these years later but you've just got go to deal with the correct people, they fob you off, they did me, MP's a waste of time until eventually I contacted David Cameron, Maria Miller and a few more, then sorted.

There is actually a few more reassessment under debate
