Anyone got email for pre sale tickets GM tour

I know this is a long shot and the pre sale George Michael thread is cold.
I am pursuing full refund for GM tickets booked on pre sale day due to poor seat allocated and non disclosure of seating pre payment.
Trading standards have advised me the website seetickets were in breech of sale of goods act/misleading sales by offering pre sale and not allocating best seats. No contract can be formed without description of seat location, they say.
There have been several threads, take that is another with disappointed fans regarding seat allocation after purchase.
They require original email invite to pre sale to pursue the matter.
Does anyone have this saved? Would you be willing to forward it?
I have been refunded ticket face value, but not the 13.00 fee.
I know many MSE's have been 'had' by their tactics. All other sites to my knowledge indicate seats before purchase, they are legally obliged to do so according to TS
Can you help.
Much thanks in advance if so.

I got my tickets for GM from seetickets but mine are pitch standing which i suppose is a different matter as there is no allocated seats for that.

I hate to say this, but I can't really see where Seetickets have gone wrong. Unless they said that you were guaranteed access to the best tickets (and based on my experience they've never said that in the past for any presales I've seen), then they haven't broken their ts&cs. It's common practice to hold back certain blocks of seats for presales - not necessarily the best, not necessarily the worse - I'm not saying it's right, but that's how it is. All the presale does is guarantee you have tickets, if they don't tell you where they are then that's a gamble you take. Personally I will never buy tickets for an arena or stadium tour without knowing where the seats are. I'm not prepared to take that gamble of paying a lot of money to get very poor seats as I'm spoiled by mainly seeing bands in small venues and I really don't want to see some tiny specks on a stage for an inflated ticket price.
Also, to be fair to See, they do normally give seat locations, but sometimes for these enormous concerts they don't find out their allocations until very later and don't have time to get all those seats on the system before they go on sale.0
