Redeeming Barclaycard Freedom Points Problem

We are at our wits end
We claimed some Freedom Points for Goldsmith vouchers on 18 November for £90.
The post office returned it to them as the address was wrong.
We have been having a battle trying to get them resent.
Have have made several irate phone calls and been passed around the complaints departments.
They say they have to send out a claim pack and we still haven't received that!
They are seiously taking the mickey and testing our patience to beyond any limits.
What else can I do to get these muppets to send me my coupons???

If thats true you will get it sorted. I was speaking to their web relations team before after contacting them on twitter and they were amazing (unlike the Indian call centres unfortunately).Graduated 16 July 2013 with First Class Honours :jHouse Deposit: £6,493.10 - Cashback Total: £447.670
