So they are comparing their free delivery against Amazons £7.99 next day delivery. That does not sound correct to me, their policy contradicts what I have been told and they have ignored follow up emails.
Oh, we'll see what happens then. I have the free Amazon Prime so it is next day delivery for me. Are they saying they will price match but adding the £7.99?0 -

I think it may be due to the jumperoos, I was trying to get a pricematch on the Lamaze space motion gym as it would be £17.65 with the price match, but they said they match like for like and as Kiddicare currently offer free next day delivery on orders over £29.95 they compare like for like so instead of comparing against Amazons free delivery, they compare at next day delivery prices of £7.99 and add it on to the base price. So for example the jumperoo, they would add the £7.99 onto the base price making it £59.32, then would give you 25% refund of £5.16 so you would pay £54.16 in total! Actually £2.83 more expensive than Amazon but apparently that's their policy. Looks like a few people have complained about it today.
I would have paid about £8 more through their guarantee than on Amazon so I went ahead with Amazon as I have NUS discount anyway. Not impressed with them.Comping wishlist for 2017

It wasn't their policy last week - seems they change their policy if they feel they can't cope with competitor prices. That's wrong  They price matched for me with Amazon and Tesco Direct - no mention of next day delivery comparisons.0 -
