Hi,
I was at Asda in Warrington Westbrook yesterday and they have the Tommee Tippee Electric Steriliser Kit reduced to clear for £15!
I had originally bought the Tomee Tippee Electric Steriliser complete starter kit from Mothercare for £70 (was £140) thinking that this was a bargain, but the only difference between the 2 kits is that the starter kit inlcudes an electric bottle warmer and 2 insulated bags and 2 extra bottles! For the difference in the price it still works out cheaper to buy these separate if these items are particularly wanted!
Dont know whether its local but thought I would post as such a great buy and Mothercare were happy to price match (but they didnt have that kit in stock in my store!
I cant insert a link but if you google the kit you can see what is in it!Twitter: @mummysmission0 -

Yeah i have got 5 of the huggies newborn boxes but wasn't going to buy anymore cos i figured after that i'd need bigegr ones anyway. I guess if the baby doesn't get on with them it's only £9 gone and i can always use the wipes and cotton wool on myself if they don't do either, seemed like too good a deal to miss!
No, you can still get it for £38 - it is £64.99 but if you sign up for a free three month trial of Amazon family you get £10 off any baby purchase over £50 + 25% off the kit bringing it down to the £38+. (See the OP's post about this for clearer instructions). Think this is only until Feb so be quick.0 -
Has anyone ever used this website? Any information on it would be fab, not sure if its to good to be true.... http://www.tryitclub.co.uk/baby/
have never used them before, but the prices are so cheap, will definitely give it a try - will pay by credit card just in case!
thanks for sharing it!0 -

That was only in America due to idiots using them on raised surfaces to hold their child...several people used them on counter tops and tables and the babies fell out and suffered head injuries!
Anyway, bumbos are completely safe to use, but as they are sold, only to be used on a flat surface (floors).
If you contact tomy via email telling them how many bumbos you have and you full address they send out a harness kit free for you to fit to the bumbo. It's pretty easy to fit and takes about 2 minutes but is great for keeping your baby supported if you leave the room for a couple of seconds.
Here is the email: tomy@responseuk.co.uk
It took about 2 weeks for my kit to arrive, although tbh i don't find it makes much difference. Better to be safe than sorry with the harness thoughBumbos are completely safe so don't be put off buying them!

I loved my bumbo with my first daughter I thought it was amazing, put her in it few toys on tray could do odd jobs in the room. Brilliant would recommend to everyone, along comes 2nd daughter and on a flat floor she could double herself over then fall flat on her face maybe it was her weight she was born 10 lb 2 and continued on that centile, it wasn't dangerous but it wasn't secure either so from my experience would say depends on child but if I had another I would give it a go again.0
