Maternity Leave Redundancy - 90 days

Hi,
I am currently on maternity leave, not due to return until August 2013. Was called into office this Monday to be told the business is closing & we are all being made redundant.
They have said employees will get 90 days pay from the day they receive their letter confirming redundancy & close of business plus an enhanced redundancy package.
Do you think those on maternity leave will be entitled to the 90 days pay too?

Maybe as a job could come up in that time then they will sort out the pay if I do eventually get made redundant??

There are specific requirement to the full pay during notice in the employment act.
what is the notice the NHS has to give to you in contract or will give you and statutory notice based on service(1-12 weeks, 1 week per year).
If you have 12 years or more service you should be on full pay0 -

I've only got 5 years service altho contract states 8 weeks notice.
But on speaking to my boss in dec before my mat leave she said they were going to give everyone 3 months notice (altho I guess that doesn't necessarily mean they would pay everyone 3 months). I can live in hope eh?!
