    Barclays does have one of the best basic accounts.
    They don't offer personalised debit cards on the basic account, however.

    Yes they do offer personalised cards on their basic account as my daughter is 14 and she has one and am pretty sure hers would be a basic account.

    Thwy definitely do offer personalised cards on their basic account
