Help!
I have just recieved a pair of shoes from a seller which she had described as leather.
They are so blatantly not, so I'm really annoyed.
I would not have bid for them if I knew they were synthetic.
I have emailed her to inform her of my dissatisfaction, but if she ignores me, what do I do next?
It's only a couple of quid, but it's the principle.
Cheers

If you paid using paypal and the seller has "paypal buyer protection" (the icon will be in the top right of the item page) then you can do a chargeback as it isn't as described. Also, if you paid via paypal and it wasn't signed for on receipt then you could claim non-delivery

OR when claiming they also do a `goods not as described` option !!Debt Free Jan 2010!(Be happy) the state of your life is nothing more than the state of your mind! X:j0
