Posting on behalf of a friend - the csa payment she receives for her son from her ex-husband has been paid late, and the amount been has reduced, she had heard that csa were planning to introduce charges for collecting payments, does anyone know if this has started yet? thanks.

Christmas often messes up CSA payments. Has she contacted them?
No charging has not started yet.
