I have 2 questions can anyone advise:
I received a letter beginning of November from HM Revenue stating that I was owed £70 tax refund from 2007/8. I still have not received this refund and when I did phone up about it I was told that as it was a manual payment the cheque must have got lost in the post and I would have to wait a further 6 weeks for the tax people to investigate and resend my cheque. Nothing yet as arrived.
If a person is taken off ESA (because they are deemed fit to work)are they automatically put onto JSA?
