can I change phone provider ?
My OH is in an IVA and my carers allowance is taken into account.
None of the debts are in my name although there is a joint account
overdraft that i am liable for.We are paying a small amount each month off the overdraft.Anyway I want to change our telephone and broadband from Virgin to plusnet as it is cheaper.Am I likely to have
any problems, virgin is in my name? Also would I have a problem
taking out a contract on a mobile phone.I have an old PAYG at the moment?

You should not have trouble getting any of these products (I've got the opposite situation: I'm in the IVA, the Wife is not).
Your OH may struggle to get a mobile phone contract, but T-Mobile are IVA friendly.0 -
