Sky mail problem

Can anyone please advise. Whenever I try to sign into sky Email with the correct passwords etc which I have done for many years, it reverts me back to the sky homepage. Sky say it is a problem with my laptop and not their equipment. I can access all mmy bank and personal accounts, in fact everything exceptt my sky mail. Thank you in anticipation. Jack.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Can you access your MySky account.?

Interesting as you would use the same password for both.
What happens when you sign in to your MySky account then click on the email icon?

Re browser cache, what browser are you using? I.e. internet explorer, Firefox, Chrome?

Internet explorer. when I access my account and go to try and access Email there is no difference. Thank you for your help.

Go to the setting menu on IE, probably a little gog wheel, select internet options, the on the general tab, delete browsing history.

Hasn't Sky email switched recently from GMail to Yahoo? Any settings that need to be changed for that?
greenview1 - how do you log into Sky email? In a web browser like Internet Explorer or in an email client like Outlook Express?

I have a similar problem if I use crome, i'm ok with internet explorer.

The change over is not until MARCH iirc.
