    This person has actually been spending more time here since September of last year, helping out with some problems that I had at that time. However I didn't bother putting this person's name as living here.

    Does everyone living on their own receiving 25% council tax discount receive a letter stating them to include how many people living at the property and that the council has carried out a data matching exercise with an external agency.

    No, the last letter I got just asked if my living arrangements had changed.
