Android phones have a unique ID that's linked to every app you install. So that this type of things does not happen.
Every time you download an app from google play it links that app to your phone ID so any special conditions like "30days free" can only be used once per device.
Only way around it is to create a new Gmail account every 30 days and download the app again from the new account... ^_^Laters

You *might* be able to get around it by factory resetting your phone and using a different Google account the 2nd time around. No guarantee though, Google will have worked hard to eliminate this type of fraud.0
