Egg Money Card (Accessing credit card cash cheaply)?

I am about to purchase a home where my mortgage will be slightly above 80%. I have a guaranteed bonus payable within 90 days of the purchase which if used will bring it below 80% and attract a lower rate.
I note the Egg Money Card is no longer available – are there any other cards where you can transfer cash and have interest free period? If not what are the cheapest options?

These cards allow money transfers to your current account, mainly its cards backed by MBNA and post office cards. http://www.stoozing.com/sbt.php

But I would be very careful about applying for new credit and about taking on additional debt before your mortgage is finalised - it will be factored in to affordability calculations etc by your mortage provider and could even lead to your mortgage offer being withdrawn.

Was hoping for less than 4%. Have also checked out loans but most do not detail their redemption penalties.

i have a significant balance which i move between cards, but also make purchases, generating cashback in the process, to create the debt to access the limits that i want to access...i never need to use SBTs nowadays, so haven't missed EggMoney in that respect.
