Thanks all but its not what i'm looking for. I've already had a good scout around Royal Mail's site but I can't find the printable versions they used to do. They used to do a simple print version. In one collumn there was the weight and in the other the price. Bit like the tables in the link that Tojo provided only in a much bigger (A4 just black and white) version. The PDF is much too complicated for what I want. I'm not looking for a comparison and all that bumf..
Oh well, will just have to amend last year's and save a tree instead."There are no pockets in a shroud..."0 -

Thank you all for your suggestions and offers of help. I have solved my problem now thanks to MSE'er DougK who made a fantastic form with all the prices on. If you're reading this Doug, Thanks again, you're a star!

if you go on royal mails website there is a postage calculator. you put in the weight and where its going and it gives you all the prices for the various services you can use.
saves alot of paper, a few less trees have to be cut up and its always upto date.Regards
