moron tourism!! actually morons on both sides, could just see if/when theres a united ireland some morons rioting on the streets when the tricolour is pulled down!!
There's enough of them flying in (ostensibly) pro-Irish areas at the minute. Mirrored of course by the plethora of flags in so-called Unionist areas. No need for it, except on special occasions. Get them all down I say - except on designated days. They're an eyesore.0 -
only morons complain when the flag of the country they live in is flying in that country and only a moronic country allows its flag to be pulled down by the complaining morons!! :rotfl:0

May I suggest you keep your comments a bit more neutral. This is a Northern Ireland thread and will be pulled at the slightest bit of disruption. I see you're relatively new so maybe you're not used to site policies yet

Whole thread way too "political" IMHO.0

Perfectly aware it is not a banned subject, otherwise we wouldn't be reading all this. I personally prefer to avoid "political" stuff on a money saving forum like this. My own personal view of course, but I do not wish to get into a prolonged debate on that. I think there are probably plenty of other outlets for such discussions. I would add I have absolutely no desire to cause offence to anyone.0

Most of us are the same but there is a tendancy amongst those domiciled in all parts of the UK to discuss various aspects of polotics. We should be no different but (and here I agree with you that no offence should be given) because of our unique situation in the UK we have to be a little bit more guarded in what we say. I long for the day when it isn't so but in the meantime I'll take the opportunity to exchange views on these forums when possible. One of the reasons is that you get very few hotheads in here.

It would take a real moron not to appreciate that there are two distinct views in Northern Ireland about nationality - guess we just found one....0 -
I have to say a big thanks for making me laugh out loud! (Ex Belfast lass)Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...
