I am replying, well venting myself really. I have just tidied the kitchen and put washing in, everyone has gone off to bed leaving it messy. I think I am frustrated because itty bitty jobs have taken forever and I feel stressed about today. Staying up late won't help of course.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

Funnily enough, even though I don't do maintenance, and I'm not a man..
I did wonder if I had might have posted the above (on autopilot, and under an AE
).
Trying to be calm about it all, I think it's just family life. Especially once your children get too old for 'bath time'. The 'time' part being monitored and controlled by you.
Once you've passed that point, and several of you have to get showered and out of the house by a certain time, Dr Sheldon Cooper's approachy probably works best.0 -
I feel exactly the same - but surely they'll move out eventually?0

Do you live with your parents or with your children?0

Getting frustrated like this is a sign of something deeper, in my opinion. Are you happy at work/relationship/life in general?
Who's causing stress to you? That's key to replies really. If you're living at home with parents, can you afford to move out? If you have a wife/kids, what ages are they? Can you take timeout? If your kids are older, can they contribute to help relieve stress with chores etc? Will a routine agreed with family help?
Sounds like you need to talk to whoever you live with and get it aired- it won't change if they don't know. Try get time out of home together to relax and enjoy each other.
Hope you are ok.0 -
Is anything stopping you getting a place where you can be on your own, if that's what you want?0

I don't mind living at home but I really want my own place now..
Never going to happen though as I just can't afford my own house
Feel stuck in a rutt!Hiya! :j
