Please help me....
I'm waiting for a court date and have just realised that when I asked Abbey for 6 years bank charges they sent me just over and I have claimed for this as well. Be it just about £60 .
What do I do.
Will this wreck my claim or can I phone MCOL and sort this out b4 its too late?

Very unlikely to make any difference. If they attempt to strike out your claim, come back, but it's likely they'll just pay up.0
