I sent a message a few weeks ago but no one has replied
FAO Penny Berryman,
Senior Manager
Lloyds Bank PLC
Data Protection Dept.
Chiswell Street
48, Chiswell Street
London EC1Y 4X
but having logged on a few days later I noticed it had changed to this address:
Lloyds Bank;
Swallow House
10 Swallow Street
Birmingham
B1 2AL
which I have sent my letter to.
Has anyone else noticed this and is it the right address to send my letter to, after all it is the address listed.
Please help

Hi Jago,
I just sent my request to my branch (the address that is written in my cheque book). They got the letter OK as they have sent me a letter to say they are looking into it. So, I would think the branch that your account is with will be just as able to process your request as the head office would be.
