iSyncr not syncing play counts

For some reason my Isyncr has stopped syncing play counts between my Samsung S3 and Itunes. I've checked and the play count box has a tick in it on the phone and I've tried syncing with both USB and WiFi but it still doesn't transfer the play count.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I need to do. It's worked for a few days, but not yesterday or today.
