Hi
Just looking for some advice really i had been away to my mums over xmas and i have just come home to find a hand written letter through my door from atos saying i missed my appointment for esa.
On my esa questionnaire i did state i would not be back and would be available from the 8th of January. I did phone dwp up they told me to ring atos up which i did and they told me to ring nottingham who then told me my benefit will not be affected. Is this right as i am really worried now that my benefit will stop even though it did state in my esa50 i was not available???
Any help would be appreciated
thanks

You can miss one appointment without problem, however, you are entitled to 7 days written notification of an appointment, so you might want to get back to ATOS if you did not get this.0

Thanks for that. I have been going crazy with worry since as you never get a straight answer from them when asking questionsCashBack earned to date - £1244-580
