Cannot access Paypal

Paypal are asking for answers to info I never gave, such as "colour and make of first car"
Made a sale, sent the item and left feedback, tracked Royal Mail. All fine there, but paypal say my pasword is wrong so cannot access money.
Please how do I get through to paypal?

Are you logging in via the normal access or via an email?
Never log in via an email as it is usually a scam to gain access to your account.

Accessed via Ebay account. I had all this nonsense over a year ago and couldn't get in. I'd been a silver power seller so should understand it.
I then changed all details, bank etc and was set, or so I thought as I could access paypal. Now my password is incorrect and I don't know what to do. I am desperate for funds and have more to sell.0 -
LOG ON VIA NORMAL SITE - www . paypal. co. uk
DO NOT GO VIA ANY OTHER WEBSITE EVEN EBAY
enter your details on their main site page
If still no access - click on forgot password
They will email you and ask you to confirm and change it
Failing this:
Sign up for a new paypal account - as anyone --- i.e joe bloggs
then go to contact us - and tell them about your other account and your problems
Do not join paypal with your same address as it will block your account your trying to access.

TELEPHONE PAYPAL FOR URGENT AND IMMIDIATE HELP
