Dual signatories for online payments

Don't know about Barclays but we have three levels of access.
View can see what's there but not do anything.
Submit can send transactions into the pending file but not authorise them
Authorise can authorise them.
In theory, you can be Authorise but not Submit and vice versa, but we have nearly everyone on Submit and Authorise, and one person just on Submit.
Don't know if Barclays is the same, but it would be worth asking them.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
