Since we've been invaded by a second troll, and my responses are only feeding them, combined with the fact that 'someone' is now reporting me for my responses, I think it's best if I delete my replies, and that way they may be starved off this thread/board.
Apologies to all decent MSE'ers who have had to endure this attack.
All the best Mart.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Hiya Dave, I keep thinking all the silliness will end as RE gets cheaper and cheaper, and especially now that storage, on all scales looks like it'll become economic ...... but still we get the arguments.
I can't imagine it continuing past 2020, PV and wind are already too cheap, off-shore wind costs are tumbling, Perovskite looks like being a success, and storage prices ... WOW .... I was impressed with Eos at $160/kWh, but when they announced contracts at $95/kWh for 2022 I was truly shocked.
I'm sure someone will find something to moan about in the future, but it's only going to get harder for them every day.
All the best.
PS Dodgy PO on WNW system being replaced on Monday morning, then I'm firing on all 26 cylinders! :cool:Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

'Decent MSE'ers' - really!
Anyone who challenges you on any point, and apparently not just on the MSE forum, you label a troll and your language and insults('sad old man' etc) get more extreme.
If you consider anyone to be a troll, why don't you take the advice of some 'decent MSE'ers' on this thread and simply put them on ignore.
P.S.
If it is any consolation, I have never reported your posts, as your input allows rational people to make their own judgement. Albeit over the years it is a pity that you have managed to deter input from many contributors who do not share your views.0 -

If there is any 'discussion' on Solar that upsets you, the thread is immediately swamped with your anti-nuclear posts.0 -

This will probably become standard all over the world in time, but for now, PV helps to save money for low income households.
