I agree. But it is very easy to get swayed by gizmosMortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Perhaps OP has. Perhaps guesswork isn't that much of a virtue and if he wants to call it a tortilla why shouldn't he?
No its not thats entirely different. The same machine can be used to make chapatis, tortillas or rotis. Got it?
Cheers
I fail to understand your aggressive attitude Keystone. I was trying to find out what machine the OP has and all you have done is pick on my post.
The consistency of the mix used for Tortillas and Rotis or Chapatis is not the same, hence why I guess the dough is slipping. Just because some manufacturer says its the same doesn't mean it is.
There is the classic example of people buying a string hopper machine to make spaghetti and have all the seals on the machine blow or pack up. The reason is simple, string hoppers look like spaghetti but are made from a runny mix, so the machine is under less pressure. This is again caused by manufacturers calling a string hopper machine a Spaghetti machine when the sell to the West, how many people know what a string hopper is? Similarly I guessed OP had such a problem, so hence my asking for a picture.
Since you know a lot why don't you sort the OPs problem, instead of criticising my posts0 -
