Eon price change time

Hi,

The Eon prices change soon, and don't know if it's worth putting a reading in the night before. I did once, and even though it said the change over was estimated, they got it spot on, and I wondered if they did afterall take notice of it. I don't want it to generate a bill though. Does anyone else put their readings in?

I have emailed them, but they rarely reply to emails.

Thanks,
Candy.

    Hi Candy

Just a quick heads up. We use what we call a billing window to determine when bills are issued.

For customers billed quarterly, the window is open 14 days either side of the billing date (5 days either side for monthly accounts).

Meter readings entered during the window will automatically create a bill provided one hasn't already been raised.

Readings entered outside of the window are logged but a bill isn't issued unless specifically requested by the customer.

If you've registered with our website, you can check when your next bill is due there. If you enter readings outside of this time frame, you'll be fine.

Sorry you feel we don't reply to emails Candy but hope this helps.

    Thanks for replying Malc.

In that case I might as well enter them then, as they might just take notice of them, and if they won't generate a bill, there's nothing lost. :)

    Candy.
