Charge for duplicate £2.50?

Hi guys,
I just spoke to my bank: it's been over 40 days since I sent the penalty charges request- so I chased them, and I was told that the only way they can do it is to send me duplicatesm, but £2.50 each.:rolleyes:
Anyone knows, if I should go for that or complaint to Information Commissioner?

I've just replied to the duplicate post you made on this in the discussion thread

Just remind them that they are required to provide you with details of charges under the data protection act DPA and that you are not asking for statements. It's another delaying tactic they are trying to scare you off. If they are over 40 days then report them anyway to the information commissioner (Link on Martins site)
