printing voucher problem

i have received an email voucher for a free bottle of wine,however when I print it off the barcode part of the voucher is not printed. Don`t know how to solve this problem.Can anyone help me ?:mad:

Take a screenshot of the image, and print that

Maybe if you right click the image, there may be an option to save it

See if your printer's printer driver says anything about printing graphics (or the like), because it's quite probable that the bar code is a graphic.

If the barcode is in black, has the black cartridge run out on your inkjet? Are other black areas printing OK, eg black text?
