printing voucher problem

in Techie Stuff
i have received an email voucher for a free bottle of wine,however when I print it off the barcode part of the voucher is not printed. Don`t know how to solve this problem.Can anyone help me ?:mad:

Take a screenshot of the image, and print that

Maybe if you right click the image, there may be an option to save it0 -
See if your printer's printer driver says anything about printing graphics (or the like), because it's quite probable that the bar code is a graphic.0

If the barcode is in black, has the black cartridge run out on your inkjet? Are other black areas printing OK, eg black text?No free lunch, and no free laptop
