Can someone help,my laptop will start and work ok in safe mode,but won't boot up normally,any suggestions,:) Ty for ur replies ,which no dough will solve this

What error do you get with normal boot?604!0

No error message,just an arrow,as if it wants to boot up0

Have you changed any system settings, added any new hardware or software since it started up normally?0
