Filling in a car port

Can anyone give me a very rough estimate of how much it would cost to fill in a car port and make it a habitable room?
It is half the front wall of a terraced house in Essex (not mine but thinking of buying) so would need to match the brickwork and have a front door fitted. As the house is already being held up by the existing walls with this one missing, I am assuming foundations etc. are in place? Correct me if I'm wrong though, I know nothing about building work
