Primus Bills

I have received my Primus telephone bill but have never received a bill for my Primus broadband. On my telephone bill it states something like, charges, credits and adjustments but it does not give any details what the charges, credits or adjustments are. There is an option to view details but when I press it it only tells me the details of the telephone calls I have made.

I telephoned Primus about this and every time they tell me I will get a proper bill the following month which will detail my broadband and telephone call charges. Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone know how to get this problem resolved as I have tried telephoning them and emailing over the last few months but to no avail.

I introduced my Mum & Dad to Primus and they too are having the same problem. Has anyone any suggestions?

I had this problem with my first bill and it was explained that the credits and adjustments include any call packages charges and the BB.

If you are on an e-based account such as the Saver 2 this cant be separated.

The bill does not include VAT as this is added later so that should be * 1.175 to get the figure and hopefully this should tie up to what you were quoted.

Any problems call them on the freephone number and speak with G mushet(helped me with a few problems).
