Talk Talk charging for non-existent calls

Hi,
Im having problems with my Talk Talk home phone at the moment, last month they charged me approx £5.32 for calls made from my home phone to 0871 200 5020 but me and my husband were on holiday, luckily I managed to get this money back. But for the second month in a row, they have charged me £9.12 for calls to this number that I haven't made! And they are not willing to refund me, they are blaming Sky for making the calls from my phone as we have the sky box linked up to the telephone line.
Can anyone offer me any advice? I shouldn't have to pay these charges when I haven't made 38 calls to this number.
Many Thanks
Sam

Sounds like your Sky Box is dialling number at regular intervals. Speak to Sky. Disconnect Box in meantime.0

0871 200 xxxx
from the number range it looks like a ADT alarm calling out.
have you got an ADT alarm?
if so call ADT on 0121 255 6032 and have the number changed to a free phone number.0
