My Fathers state Pension didnt arrive in the account as normal today. We've contacted the DWP but they have told them to wait 48Hrs before theyll even look into it!
Is there another department we can contact? Theres bills due out and shopping needed.
I cant help with all of it being on benefits my self and my Mothers going into panic mode.

Bills can usually wait - unless you mean direct debits?
If there are any charges incurred as a result of the non arrival of the payment they should claim a compensation payment to cover them.
The DWP will want to wait a bit, as late arrival is more likely than a missing payment. But they don't have to.
If it's not there Tuesday, contact them again and insist (politely) on non-receipt action and replacement that day, if they cannot wait.
If that fails, they can apply for a crisis loan (if they have no food etc) and the DWP really won't want to do that where pension is actually due to someone and that might then make them change their minds and do what they should do in the first place.
Unless, of course, your mum and dad are a modern day Bonnie and Clyde and it's not believed the money isn't in the bank
